Fellow Ultra runner Wynn Davis will be a force to reckon with, he raced last Saturday and ripped a 3:25 50k on the Chicago Lake front. Sounds like he needs to step it up and run the Wasatchspeedgoat 50k with those fresh legs! one scrape!

Love your blog guys….I was actually out on a trail run yesterday afternoon and I remember thinking about Karl always wearing his bike gloves. It was more than 30 min later that I went down on my right hand. Then today I come check out your new blog entrees and you’ve written about that very subject….nice! I think I’ll invest in a pair of gloves like TODAY!!!
