Ruffwear's Top Rope Collar is specially designed to let you rein him in quickly, thanks to the anodized aluminum V-ring that is positioned on the top of the collar and not buried in the front. The Talon Buckle closure on the underside securely holds the collar together and provides ballast to keep the V-ring in place at the top of the neck where you need it.
