I’m late on this thread, but, looking for a new pair of shoes. Does the Crosslite have any forefoot protection? The website has something about a pro-plate in the forefoot but the pic of the breakdown of the shoe does not show the same plate as the Fireblades. For my neck of the woods, the Skylite actually looks like the better option but you never see or hear about it.

I love my Crosslites as well. I’m finally going to ahve to break down and get a new pair. I’m with Bryon though on the distance. I wore them at Across The Years and had to change out after about 85 miles. My feet were killing me from the small amount of cushion in the sole. Still, I’ll be getting another pair.

I love the Crosslite, but can’t imagine running in them for 100 miles… especially at Wasatch. You are one tough dude!

i totally have to agree with you here. the shoe fits snug but has never rubbed my feet the wrong way… and its low profile and technical tread makes it ideal for just about anything.
