Ultra Camp ready for sign ups
Karl has teamed up with the University of Utah and will be hosting his running camp on July 9 – 13. Go to karlmeltzer.com and click on the ultra camp link for all the info and itinerary. Learn tricks of the trade and become the best mountain runner you can possibly be. Special guest Nikki Kimball and Ian torrence will be on the trail to give us a hand.
Don’t forget to sign up for the Speedgoat50k on July 26th to test all the skills acquired at the camp.

so i see your running camp is the same weekend as hardrock. i hope you’re just taking a year off from hr100 to beat up on the euros at mount blanc. i look forward to seeing you again at hr100 in the future!
