Three scrapes to Mr. Jurek, who certainly has earned honorary goat status.

Those of us at Putnam Basin (mile 95) had to open the aid station two hours early to accomodate his blistering pace.  Little did we know that our awe would only be elevated later by Krissy Moehl's elegant arrival.  I swear, she glided in and out of the station via its rocky trails.

Of course, for us inhabitants of the goat den, the highlight was an appearance by the goat king.  We knew everything was right with the world when our gentle baying was reciprocated by a strong "baaahh" by the goat king.

Strong work, Karl and good luck in round two on a new continent.</description>

		<description>bra......hate we didn't get to hang out much in silverton.  you ran a great run my friend and pushed jurek the whole way.  the only thing more sore on scott than his ankle is his neck from looking over his shoulder for you.  proud of you both.  speedgoat lives.............stay in touch...back to the AT with trail dog in 2 weeks.  get him back at the blanc!
