Hey Scott,

Didn't you run the Squaw Peak 50 this year? I just wanted to share my blog and photos from the Squaw Peak 50 with you. It was a great day and I had a good run. Squaw Peak 50 2004 was my very first ultra ever and I had to abandon the race that year at mile 33 due to peeing blood for several hours :( I should've known better that that isn't a good course for a first timer...hahaha.

This year my goals were simple...finish, hopefully under 12 hours and NO URINATING BLOOD! I met all those goals.

Check it out:

My next ultra is June 30th called Running With The Devil 50, in Nevada near Lake Mead....it's gonna be a battle against the HEAT of the desert :)

Check it out:

Thanks,
