		<description>Another piece of clothing I have found useful from my cycling days are armwarmers.  They&#039;re perfect for the chilly mornings when you don&#039;t want to start with a long sleeve.  After it warms up they easily roll down or can be stashed away easier than an extra top.  I use DeFeet&#039;s which are like long socks for $20.  They&#039;re not quite as bulky as the fleece lined lycra type.

BTW, Nice work chasin&#039; Buffalo around the island.</description>

		<description>And you can use those gloves after you finish a 100miler to clean and jerk that big boulder at the end of HardRock, better yet some cans of swill.
