I'm lookin to do this one in the near future. I have a few friends who have done it. 10 mile loop course, grassy sections, which can make you feel slow, but single dirt track as well. I guess it's as much as ya can pack in 10miles. Not a whole lota real estate to work with, but I've heard great things.
