		<description>Aid stations make all of the difference. My first year at the Wasatch my time in aid stations totaled 3 hours; no naps. I reached the Homestead 90 seconds after the cutoff; a painful way to DNF. The next year I cut my d/t by more than half. I finished more than 8 hours faster than the previous year.</description>
