<description>HOW TO TRAIN FOR A MUDDY RACE IN HAWAII? Live at the bottom of Little Cottonwood Canyon and run in the slippery snow. It kind of works the same way as running in the mud. The HURT 100 is only 25 days away. The race has filled for the first time in existence and has a stellar field to boot. It will be a race against the current record holder (me), Jim Huffman, Josh Brimhall, and Matt Estes. All three of these runners were right behind me in three of my 100 races. Two of them were wins. There are also a handful of other runners capable of going under 25 hours. It will be a dogfight...or is that mudfight? Go to Hurthawaii.blogs.com to scope it out!
